Hello my name is Scott I am the owner and operator of Perfect Edge Sharpening. My desire to become a professional sharpener developed from my passion to cook. There is nothing worse than a dull knife when preparing a meal. So I started my sharpening journey with my own cutlery. I soon discovered not only was I very good at sharpening but I enjoyed it as well. My passion eventually brought me to become a member of The Guild of professional Sharpeners. Here I was not only able to hone my skills but was able to learn the latest innovations and techniques.  I use the latest technology for sharpening such as the Edge pro apex 4. A guided system for whet stones. I also use the Work Sharp Elite to get that mirror edge finish on your knives. For your scissors I use the Twice as Sharp System . A precision guided tool that sharpens your scissors to perfection. These are just a few examples of the many ways I can be of service to you.
